Join my 12 week P.T. online program in which you will receive a workout video plan

and a nutrition customize guide you

can easily follow.

You will learn to know your body

and how to take care of it.

The program will guide you through cardio, strength and endurance while you lose weight and tone your body.

Personal Training program?

If you want a real, progressive and long term results, it is never too late to start.

You require no experience to start the program.

GROUP SESSIONS

Join my outdoor and indoor group sessions around Barcelona.

A 50-minute session were we work cardio, strength and endurance with HIIT

(High Intensity Interval Training).

No experience required, you will start at your own level and capacities.

Meet people with your same goals and have fun while losing weight.

You can also book group sessions for companies or special groups.

TRAINING AND PLAYING FOR KIDS

Special program for kids and teenagers.

They will learn the importance of physical activity practice and a correct diet through games.

Sessions start from 1 to 10 kids per group.

The program is design to work in physical and mental strength, agility, flexibility, speed, team work, confidence, self esteem and discipline.

Now days kids go through different types of stress cause my multiple reasons, regular exercise will let them release all extra anxiety.
